Latest iPhone SE 4 Leaks: 5G Network and iPhone 14-style Design

Are you excited for the latest cheap smartphone model from Apple? Rumors have it that the iPhone SE 4 is currently under development, and it comes with a series of improvements that will surely amaze you.

In this article, we will discuss the latest iPhone SE 4 leaks that have surfaced on the internet. From the design to the chipset and network, we have gathered all the information that you need to know.

iPhone 14-style Design

According to well-known analyst Ming Chi-Kuo, the iPhone SE 4 will feature a design language similar to the iPhone 14. This means that it will come with an OLED panel, a screen size of around 6.1 inches, and thin bezels.

Compared to the iPhone SE 3 and SE 2, which use a design inspired by the iPhone 7, the iPhone SE 4 will have a modern look and feel. It is a significant upgrade that is worth looking forward to.

Use of Notch

As the iPhone SE 4 carries the iPhone 14-style design, it will come with a notch or bangs on the screen. However, it is still uncertain whether the notch will be supported by the Face ID feature.

Face ID requires TrueDepth camera technology to record the user’s face when opening a smartphone. If Apple brings the TrueDepth camera, it may increase the production cost of the iPhone SE 4.

Use of the A16 Chip

The iPhone SE 4 is rumored to use the same A16 Bionic chipset as the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max models. The A16 Bionic chip uses 4nm fabrication and has 16 billion transistors, making it very efficient and fast for everyday use.

5G Network

The fourth generation iPhone SE will reportedly be equipped with a 5G modem made by Apple itself. The 5G modem will only support sub-6 5G connections, not the faster mmWave.

Produced in 2024

While it is not certain when the iPhone SE 4 will be launched, it is expected to begin production in early 2024 and be launched in the same year. The iPhone SE 3 was launched in March 2022, while the iPhone SE 2 was inaugurated in April 2020.
